Different Ways to the (Cultural) Diversity<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section is deeply connected to the European Union\u2019s motto: \u201cUnited in Diversity.\u201d As a member of both the European Union and the Council of Europe, the Czech Republic is tasked with upholding the spirit of these words. But to what extent is this achieved, and where do challenges arise? This presentation explores the potential and limitations of three approaches to implementing and supporting cultural diversity in language education: curricular development, teacher preparation, and methodological innovation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">We begin by summarizing recent curricular changes in Czech elementary education (ISCED 1 and 2), focusing on how these updates explicitly promote the principles of diversity in (language) education. Next, we examine the new National Framework of Competencies for Beginning Teachers, a document designed to recognize the diversity of cultures and teaching approaches within teacher education. Currently in the implementation stage, the framework offers an opportunity to reflect on the challenges of achieving meaningful impact in teacher preparation. Finally, we present an innovative methodological approach at the university level\u2014the 3MultiAccess project. This initiative created multisensory educational resources for students across four countries (Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Danmark) and five languages using 3D printing. We will highlight the project\u2019s outcomes and their potential to enrich methodological diversity in language education (ISCED 4-5).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
